Washington Furious over Martin's Climate Change Comments.
As everyone knows, when a guy like George W. Bush is angry at you, you must be doing something right. I hope he sends Karl Rove up here to help out Stephen Harper next, or better yet Mike Brown. That Browny's dooin a heck of a job you know. This is too good to be true, the more Dubya attacks Martin and praises Harper the more voters move from Harper to Martin. I just hope the Canadian media actually asks Harper about it instead of giving him a free pass on the U.S. issue like it has so far.

I hope Harper is put on the spot for the endorsements by the NRA, religious right groups, and neo-conservative newspapers like the Washington Post. Besides the fact that the elections act prohibits foreigners from interferring in Canadian elections under section 331 "No person who does not reside in Canada shall, during an election period, in any way induce electors to vote or refrain from voting for a particular candidate unless the person is (a) a Canadian citizen; or (b) permanent resident". Anyways I should note Harper polls on average between 25-30%, while only 20-25% wanted Bush to be re-elected so even a 5% drop in Conservative support to the Liberals could make a huge difference in the final outcome. By making this connection, that might just do it. In fact even in the normally conservative Alberta, only 30% wanted to see Bush re-elected.
