The Conservatives.
As much as I hate to admit it, they got the Prime Minister with their cheap Plane stunt. Nice to see they're focusing so much energy on such small things and not focusing any energy on big things like their child care.....well I can't really call it a plan, the word "scheme" also seems to imply they actually thought about it beforehand as well. I guess "idea" is the proper word, since an Idea can come quickly.
