First Francis McKenzie said he's going to resign, now he's musing in public about forming a coalition with the NDP. As much as I love the Liberal party THANK GOD this guy didn't become Premier last night.

I agree Hishighness. I was a former Progressive Conservative and I saw how poorly the merger with the Alliance worked out. The reality is the Liberals and NDP appeal to very different groups and have very different values. The Liberals are pragmatic centrists who may share similiar goals to the NDP, but are realistic about them. The NDP are more ideological and blindly follow the socialist dogma whether it works or not.
